Thanks the mighty MC Fava’s ladyfriend we have a whole bunch of photos from John’s gig in Luzern, Switzerland last weekend. John B played with Sigma at Schuur, a really cool, big warehouse space set in a tunnel into the mountain-side in the centre of Luzern – a beautiful city in Switzerland, right by the Lake Luzern.

Much very posh white wine was drunk, then John had a quick break back at the hotel before going off to the afterparty and playing a killer 4/4 electrotechno set in an amazing setting, pretty much everyone from the 1st party went straight over to the afterparty! Massive!

John played another mighty set in Russia, the day before the Tver gig, back in December 2008. Rostov is a couple of hours flight south of Moscow and apparently the capital of gangsterism in Russia or something (that’s what they told us anyway!). Great gig as usual – thanks to the organisers & special thanks to all the ravers that came and danced their nuts off!

Some photos from the John B gig in Tver, which is about a 3 hour drive North-West from Moscow (you get to drive past Tschaikovsky’s house on the way. And a million McDonalds’ (!).

John smashed it last weekend for the 7 years Jungle Club party in Freiburg, in the Black Forest region of Germany, with MC Fava – also the promoter for the night. Just a few photos here, but pretty good ones! John B played for the Black Sun Empire guys’ Blackout night at Club Tivoli in Utrecht, Netherlands last week with DJ Fresh of Breakbeat Kaos fame. Rockkin night indeed! Thanks to everyone that came! (And to Mr Nphect for sending the pics over!).

Here’s some photos we grabbed from szene1.at from the John B gig in Linz, Austria earlier in the month.

Cembrankeller is a venue built into the hillside in Linz, and used to be used for storing wine because of the near-constant temperature of 12 degrees C in there. Well, it used to be constant – it was make-up-runningly hot when we were in town!!

Photos: John B @ Pilot Club, Murmansk (November 2008)

Here’s a new photoset from the John B gig last weekend in Murmansk, Russia. John had a seriously heavy weekend, flying out of London early on Friday, and not getting to sleep in a proper hotel bed until about 4am on Sunday morning after the 2nd gig the other side of the country in Novosibirsk, Siberia!

Murmansk is a 2 hour flight North of Moscow, right on the coast, really close to Finland – and used to have the biggest Submarine base over there during the cold war. Its also very cold there in November!
